Michele Alba joined Meals on Wheels Diablo Region in 2019. She has been working with older adults in the Bay Area for over 20 years. She facilitates the Fall Prevention Coalition of Contra Costa County, linking service partners and community members with education and resources for fall prevention in our community. She is also a Master Trainer for the evidence-based exercise program A Matter of Balance, providing classes and fall prevention presentations around the county.
